I am a Certified Employee Assistance Clinical Specialist providing short term solution based therapies through several EAP insurance plans that have zero out of pocket cost to you. However, many plans do not recognize the name Charli Prather, only Charlyn Prather-Levinson. If you would like to utilize your EAP, I will provide you with my National Provider Identifier which will make it easier for your EAP provider to check to see if I am on their provider list.
I don't bill insurance DIRECTLY, but I am available on HEADWAY, SPRINGHEALTH & MDLIVE which will bill your insurance after you upload your information. I also offer my clients coded "superbills" to submit to their insurance carriers to receive all the reimbursement their plan allows if paying per session. A mental health diagnosis will however be necessary to submit to your carrier and this diagnosis will become part of your permanent health record.
Payment is due at time of service
Check, Pay pal, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle prior to service and Flexible and Health Savings Accounts as well as all major credit cards are accepted for payment at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me by calling or texting 314-920-6542 at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 late cancel fee.
- Due to strict licensing regulations, psychotherapy services delivered via closed circuit video can only be provided for residents of ILLINOIS, MISSOURI, IDAHO, NORTH DAKOTA & UTAH. Coaching Services however are not limited to state regulations but are quite different in delivery.
